Starkey Marina ("Starkey Marina," "we," "us") operates the marina, store, kitchen and slip rentals at 4022 Mundell Road, Eureka Springs, Arkansas 72631, and this website at starkeymarina.com. • Slip rental inquiries and waitlist. When you submit our inquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the slip size you want and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Phone calls and messages. If you call or text us, we keep the details needed to answer you, such as your name and number.
• Online orders, boat rentals and gift cards. These are handled by third-party providers (see below). They collect the order, booking and payment details needed to complete your purchase. We receive order and booking details, but we do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our site and the services embedded in it may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies or similar technologies set by our form, map and booking providers.

• To respond to questions and slip rental inquiries, and to contact you when a slip opens up.

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Starkey Marina at the number you provided. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as those listed above), when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Starkey Marina, our customers or others. If the business is sold or transferred, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
